Established in 2050 B.S. with the financial support of the Asian Development Bank, our foundation rests on a powerful assumption: technical education can drive national progress.

We were founded with the mission to produce the basic and middle-level manpower required at both national and international levels. By fostering self-employment and self-reliance, we aim to minimize the critical problem of national unemployment.
